"Poor"
Hotel needs upgrading. Ive stayed here about 10 years ago and they have spent zero on upgrades. Bed squeaked, ac broken, carpets dirty, sofa in room filthy, ice machine gone on 3rd fl, just old run down hotel. The only reason I stayed here was price.

It's an old building everything is falling apart. The elevators look like they where going to drop at any moment. It's just a nasty looking place didn't feel clean at all

The location was perfect. We were near many great restaurants and stores. There were many places within walking distance. Breakfast was quite tasty. The check in process was great.

The lady that was at the front desk on the night shift who checked us into the hotel was very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome to the Hampton inn by Hilton. The morning shift was nice and helpful. If I come back to Carolina I would stay there again.

Horrible room floor tiles were coming up you could see the cement. The bathroom was filthy footprint in the bathtub. More like a motel eight Ive never seen anything so horrible, In addition, the sheets smelled strong with bleach, and I had a rash on my face when I left never stay here!

Farther from the concert venue than I thought. But that was my fault. The front desk gal was superb and got us a ground floor unit and early entry with our dogs. I can recall her name, but she is awesome!!!
